Taylor’s yoga classes go beyond just physical movement. She combines breathwork, mindfulness, and simple, accessible practices to help you reconnect with your body and find a sense of calm.

Her approach is inclusive and welcoming—perfect for beginners, experienced yogis, or anyone looking to slow down and feel more grounded. You don’t need to be flexible or have prior experience; just come as you are.

In each session, you’ll:

  • Move at your own pace

  • Learn to use your breath to reduce stress

  • Build strength, balance, and awareness

  • Leave feeling more present and centered

Taylor creates a space where you can explore without pressure, listen to your body, and reset—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
